The Central Laboratory of Public Works (LCTP) is an Algerian public institution specializing in the control, analysis, and expertise of materials and techniques used in public works and construction. It provides technical support to project owners, construction companies, and public authorities to ensure the quality, safety, and durability of infrastructure.
Created to meet the growing needs of the sector, LCTP conducts tests on construction materials (concrete, asphalt, soil, etc.), carries out geotechnical studies, and contributes to the development of standards and best practices in public works in Algeria.
