It is a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC) created by Executive Decree No. 304-06 on September 10, 2006, under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City. The headquarters of the establishment is located within the New City of Boughezoul, in the Wilaya of Médéa. The establishment is responsible for the development and planning of the New City, and it carries out all commercial operations and marketing activities
