The National Organization for Technical Control of Hydraulic Construction (CTH) is a company under the supervision of the Ministry of Water Resources, owned by the hydraulic study and implementation group “GERHYD.”
CTH, which has a share capital of 700,000,000 DZD, is responsible, in particular, for the following missions:
“Plan control” – concerning the graphic and written documents prepared during the study phase;
“Site control” – related to the execution of construction works;
“Component control” – focused on verifying the quality of materials and equipment that make up the structures, according to contractual specifications.
