
The National Organization for Technical Control of Construction, was established by Ordinance No. 71/85 bis on December 29, 1971. The company’s main mission is to standardize construction risks within the framework of preventing technical hazards that may arise during the construction of buildings and civil engineering works, in accordance with the law on ten-year insurance.
In 1972, the CTC officially started operations, being heavily requested by investment projects in industry, energy, infrastructure, and real estate initiated under the 1st and 2nd four-year plans between 1970 and 1977.
